Brief: ILRIC is one of 14 government MNRF (Major national research fund) specialising in Bovine Genetic Export services and dissemination of livestock research information, design a flash animation to be displayed as a pre-home page animation that leads to the ILRIC portal, an information gateway for livestock research and international marketing.
