Design Junction design logos, for use in electronic and print media, by organisations who wish to have an individual and readily-recognised representation of their corporate identity. The function of a well-designed logo is to project the corporate personality or "image" of a company to the public through the use of colours, shapes, graphics and text. Design Junction logos have featured in international publications such as The Big Book of Logos (2002), Graphically Speaking (HOW Design Books, 2002), Global Corporate Identity (David E. Carter, 2003), Japanese book New Logo World (P.I.E. Books, 2003). We produce logos to meet the requirements of companies of all sizes and profiles. Logos range from a simple representation of the company's name or initials, through to creative iconic designs which can stand alone as a representation of that company, as well as being featured in conjunction with the company name on corporate stationery. Design Junction's logo design process begins with discussions to identify the type of image the Client wishes to project, this may be conservative and professional, or up-beat and "funky", or. more likely, somewhere on a scale between these two. This image will also be influenced by the target audience for the company's products and services, and the qualities which that audience typically prefers in a supplier. We also consider whether an iconic or typographical solution is required, perhaps a combination of both, and how colour and texture can influence the appearance of the finished logo. Our Clients will often have their own ideas on any and all of these considerations which they will request us to work with in producing their logo. Usually we will offer a Client a number of initial draft designs, from which the Client will choose one, or perhaps a combination of more than one, to develop further. The process is interactive, and we will take input from the Client on his selected draft design before providing the finished logo. Through the use of our secure, online, Client Area on this website, the Client can view his design, and make it available to any number of colleagues, during the process. We then provide the completed item in a number of file formats so that it can be used for insertion into business stationery or publicity materials of any type, in print or electronic media. The purchase of the logo passes all copyright to the Client, for use whenever, wherever, and however he wishes, and we retain no rights to on-going royalties or other payment. Please contact Design Junction to arrange a discussion of your requirements relating to logo design in Melbourne.
